As summer comes to a close, the SET team is gearing up for fall! With user group meetings moving to a quarterly iteration, bi-montly "Coffee with Kate" sessions will kick off in September. The August user group meeting included a rollout for unit dashboards and an end-of-year roadmap.
The summer is off to a great start for SET! Completing our first full rotation through the eComm applications, the focus of the June user group meeting was on Marketing Cloud as we took a deep dive into send paths and tracking data. Additionally, social media strategies were highlighted on the SET News page and we welcomed two new eComm Student assistants to the eComm family. Keep an eye out for the invitation to the July ice cream social and user group meeting.
May was an exciting month for the System eComm Team (SET)! Cvent statistics highlighted the incredible work that eComm users have made. Not only that, but we launched a new project management tool, TaskRay. This Salesforce app is our new communication and organization channel for all things SET. From collaboration to reporting, TaskRay will enable us to streamline and track our work.
This month's user group meeting was a great connection point for the System eComm Team (SET). An overview of Cvent registration forms was the focus point of the meeting where we leveraged Cvent Help & Support tools side-by-side with the eComm Wiki.
