We are seeing some problems with the payroll encumbrance entry posted for June.

What’s the issue?

There are no Fund 30 payroll/benefit encumbrances on your June 2017 financial reports. (Fund 31 payroll encumbrances are present.)

The issue will not be fixed for this June close.

What about FY 2018 reports?

You’ll see payroll encumbrances on your FY 2018 reports. Those amounts are being verified.
